YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive with clean, dry hair.
To ensure the best possible results, hair that is dirty, oily, or has grey coverage spray will not absorb colour correctly. Ellen will not be held responsible for compromised outcomes due to these factors.
​
As a colour specialist, Ellen exclusively offers services for cut and colour clients.
Specialty treatments, such as keratin smoothing, are available at Ellen’s discretion.
Please note:
We do not currently offer services for children, men, or haircut-only appointments.

BOOKINGS
​
Due to demand, all of our scheduled appointments are by appointment only, no walk ins.​
Social media messages are not monitored for bookings or enquiries.
You can expect a reply to texts and emails within 24 hours.
Messages sent outside business hours or on weekends will be answered the next business day.
All appointments are confirmed the morning prior. Please reply promptly to confirm your booking.
Cancellations made after 3.00pm on the day of confirmation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
To secure your preferred time, we recommend rebooking your next appointment before leaving, as spots typically book out 2–3 weeks in advance.

Please note:
if you haven’t visited the salon in 6 months or more, your appointment will be treated as a new client booking. This ensures we have the correct time allocation for your hair, and gives you the best possible colour results.

CHILDREN IN THE SALON
​
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, children over 12 months of age are not permitted in the salon during appointments.​
​
While we understand the juggle of parenthood, the salon contains hot tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments that pose serious risks to little ones.
​
We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in maintaining a calm and hazard-free environment.

LOCATION + PARKING
​
Our new studio is apart of the Fifth Avenue Lifestyles Precinct in Hawthorne Brisbane.
Street parking is available on Riding Road, Monmouth St, and other surrounding streets.
Once parked, the salon is shop 9/85 Riding Rd, with entry points on Riding Rd, and Monmouth St.
PRICING

To maintain the highest quality of service, treatments, and products, pricing is subject to change.
This ensures that Style Me Ellro continues to deliver exceptional results with every visit.
Please note that card payments incur a 1.9% processing fee. ​

Style Me Ellro does not offer refunds for completed services.
If you are dissatisfied with your hair, please contact Ellen within 3 days of your appointment.
Ellen will be happy to assess and, where appropriate, rectify the result.

All product sales are final.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Faulty or expired products will be exchanged or refunded accordingly.​​​

LATE ARRIVALS
​
All appointments are scheduled to run on time.
Please arrive promptly, as late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.​
Style Me Ellro reserves the right to adjust services accordingly to avoid delays for subsequent clients.
